Innotech Engine must receive full payment before shipping any order. If for any reason Customer fails to make full payment on an order, Innotech Engine retains the right to resell the products ordered.

Sign up to receive special offers, promotions, and coupon codes delivered directly to your inbox. Simply fill in your email address in the box and any other contacts needed to be filled in our site.

CASH, CHECKS, MONEY ORDERS

We do not accept cash, checks, or money orders for online purchases at this time.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping charges are determined based on shipping service, destination address, shipping method, package size and weight of your order. We will not ship to a P.O. and A.P.O. Your actual shipping charges will be shown during checkout and will be updated if you change your shipping service, destination address, or cart contents. The shipping rates do not include destination charges, customs clearance, duties and taxes. Destination charges, customs clearance, duties and taxes rates are set by the country to which the order is shipped. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes or fees imposed by their country or the carrier on their behalf to get the package through customs. International customers are responsible for all applicable duties and taxes. These additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Innotech Engine has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Check with local customs office for detailed information. Customs, import duties and local taxes are assessed when the package arrives in your country.

Customers are allowed to schedule international shipping through their own brokers. All shipping documents and dangerous goods declaration paperwork should be completed by the customer or customer's broker and forwarded to your shipping company. Innotech Engine is unable to provide assistance in completing any additional shipping documents required.

SPLIT SHIPMENTS

Due to varying item availability and warehouse locations, your items may be shipped separately when you place an order for multiple items. You will not be charged extra for split shipments.

ORDER CUTOFF TIMES

Orders will be shipped within 5 business days after receiving cleared payment. Orders must be placed before 3pm Eastern Time. Shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We ship to international addresses.

CHANGING SHIPPING DESTINATION

Unfortunately, you cannot change your shipping destination once have submitted an order.

NOTICE: When you receive your packages, please note any damages to the packages (container) before you sign for it. Once you have signed the delivery receipt, you have accepted it (as is) and accept full responsibility for any damage caused by the freight company.

Some products may be damaged during transit. In the event that damage has occurred, physically write on the delivery bill (DAMAGE) and have the delivery person sign it as verification.

RETURN POLICY

All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number (R.A number) and original invoice. Contact us for your R.A number. Unauthorized returns by Innotech Engine will be refused and returned to sender. All return items must be in new, unopened original packing, unused and in reusable condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and for packing and insuring returned items unless otherwise agreed upon. No refund for damaged merchandise. No refunds for electronics parts if box is open. Innotech Engine charges 15 % restocking fee on returned items. Once Innotech Engine has received and approved your return you will receive your refund of the product.

Innotech Engine respects your privacy and our site visitors' information. We do not share, sell, or rent any of the information collected to any third parties and do not intend to do so in the future.

If you request or submit information to us by sending an email via info@innotech-engine.com or by filling out a "contact" form, we may save your email address as well as any other information you provide. This information may be used to contact you in the future by mail, email, or phone to convey information about our solutions or services that we feel may benefit you. Your email and other information will not be sold to any third party.

INFORMATION COLLECTED BY OTHERS

This notice addresses only Innotech Engine website policy, and does not apply to sites that user’s access via links from our site. Innotech Engine is not responsible for the information collecting policies of other sites, for the practices employed by websites linked to or from our website, or for the information or content contained therein. UPDATING, CORRECTING, AND DELETING PERSONAL INFORMATION

This policy statement is made in the name of Innotech Engine and is effective as of 2015. This statement does not create an agreement between Innotech Engine and users, and as such, does not create any legal rights for any party.

WARRANTY POLICY

All engine parts are guaranteed. For the warranty to be valid, the engine must be installed with care by a specialised and competent professional. The warranties will be respected and repaired at our Repentigny, Québec, Canada facilities. The client shall assume transport fees both ways.

Motor car and truck 6 months/unlimited km with invoic date and boat 6 months with invoice date.

The terms of the warranty become void when one of these occurs:

(a) Overcharge or abuse of any kind;

(b) Improper installation;

(c) Damaged vehicle;

(d) Modified vehicle.

Items not covered by warranty

(a) Loss of time due to faulty vehicle;

(b) Installation fees;

(c) Towing cost, oil, gas or refrigerant, oil filter or accessories, hotel accommodation, vehicle leasing or other expenses;

(d) Damages to parts not included with the engine;

(e) All damages out of our control.

Notice of claim

(a) No claim must exceed amount of original invoice. Innotech Engine has the right to reimburse the invoice only with return of merchandise;

(b) No claim will be reimboursed for oil, antifreeze, towing, etc.

(c) The warranty will be honoured at our facilities in Repentigny, Québec, Canada;

(d) A damage part must be return to our facilities;

(e) Any invoice of claim must be along with defective part;

(f) The engine will have to be returned to our premises at client’s expenses.

REPAIR WORK DONE BY THIRD PARTY

The client must obtain Innotech Engine’s prior approval before giving repair work to a specialised and competent professional. Innotech Engine will be in charge of ordering defective parts and shipping them directly to the professional responsible of the repair work. Innotech Engine is not responsible for labour fees or any other fees related to repair work done by a third party. The client commits on not filing any claim to Innotech Engine to that effect.

Our warranty is limited to the above-mentioned conditions and Innotech Engine will not be held responsible for any consequential or indirect damages of any nature what so ever and other warranty either conventional or legal will not be applicable unless otherwise specified in the present warranty.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. PRICE

All prices are subject to change without prior notice. You must be registered with us to be enabling to purchase online. In case of discrepancy between the price listed online and the price in store, the price in store has priority.

2. CLAIMS & RETURNS

No claims for shortage or damaged items will be recognized unless notified within 7 days from receipt of goods.

3. WITHDRAWAL & VARIATION OF CREDIT

Innotech Engine may at any time, without the need to provide a reason, vary or withdraw any credit granted to the Customer.

4. SUSPENSION & CEASING OF SUPPLY

Innotech Engine may in Innotech Engine's complete discretion and without incurring any liability to the Customer, cease or suspend supply of products and services to the Customer or amend these Credit Terms.

5. WARRANTY

To the extent permitted by law or expressly by these Terms, all warranties whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, relating in any way to the goods are excluded. Innotech Engine warrants the goods only to the extent of its suppliers' warranties and, excludes all other warranties to the extent permitted at law.

6. CONTINUING GUARANTEE

All guarantees under or related to these Terms will be continuing guarantees and will terminate only with Innotech Engine's written agreement.

7. LIABILITY

The liability of Innotech Engine for any breach of such term shall be limited, at the option of Innotech Engine, to any one or more of the following:

(a) if the breach is related to goods: the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods; the repair of such goods; the payment of the cost of replacing the goods or of acquiring equivalent goods; or the payment of the cost of having the goods repaired; and

(b) if the breach is related to services: the supplying of the services again: or the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.

To the extent permitted by law and except as expressly provided to the contrary in these Terms, Innotech Engine shall not be under any liability (contractual, tortious or otherwise) to the Customer in respect of any loss or damage (including, without limitation, consequential loss or damage) howsoever caused, which may be suffered or incurred or which may arise directly or indirectly in respect to the supply of goods or services pursuant to these Terms or Innotech Engine 's act, failure or omission.

8. TRANSACTIONS

The Customer will be liable for all transactions and expenses involving the Customer's credit account including any fraudulent use of the account by the Customer or any person authorized by the Customer to use the account or the Customer's employees, agents or contractors.

The Customer will also be liable for any fraudulent use of the Customer's credit account which is directly or indirectly caused or contributed to by the Customer's negligence.

9. RETENTION OF TITLE

Property in the Products shall not pass until the Customer has paid all moneys owing to Innotech Engine in full. Risk in the Products passes to the Customer at the time of delivery. If the Customer defaults in payment, then without prejudice to Innotech Engine's other rights, Innotech Engine may without notice to the Customer enter any premises occupied by the Customer and recover possession of them.

10. CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP

The Customer agrees to notify Innotech Engine in writing of any change of ownership or legal structure of the Customer within 7 days from the date of such a change and indemnifies Innotech Engine against any loss or damage incurred by it as a result of the Customer's failure to notify Innotech Engine of any change.

11. INDEMNITY

The Customer will indemnify Innotech Engine in relation to any direct or indirect loss, liability or damage suffered by Innotech Engine or any other person as a result of the Customer's negligence or breach of these Terms.

12. TRUSTS

These Terms bind the Customer both personally and as trustee of any trusts of which the Customer is trustee.

13. JOINT & SEVERAL

If the Customer consists of more than one person, the obligations of each person are joint and several.

14. AMENDMENTS

These Terms may only be amended with Innotech Engine's express written agreement.

15. ASSIGNMENT

The Customer may not assign any agreement under these Terms without Innotech Engine's prior written consent.
